Recommended dosage:

Take 3 capsules daily with sufficient fluid (200 ml). On training days, take them 30–45 minutes before training. On non-training days, spread them throughout the day.

Ingredients:

Acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of edible fatty acids, silicon dioxide). May contain traces of gluten, egg, soy, milk, and tree nuts.
