FAQ

What is MST® Creatine HCL?

MST® Creatine HCL contains creatine hydrochloride in capsules - a form of creatine in which the creatine molecule is bound to hydrochloric acid (HCl). Creatine HCL is significantly more water-soluble than monohydrate. The container contains 180 capsules.

Creatine HCL or monohydrate – what’s the difference?

Creatine monohydrate is the most extensively studied and usually the least expensive form. Creatine HCL is more water-soluble and is preferred by some athletes who experience stomach issues with monohydrate. If you’re looking for a proven form at a low price, choose monohydrate or Creapure®; if you’d like to try an alternative, choose creatine HCL.

How do I take MST® Creatine HCL?

Take 3 capsules each morning after getting up and before going to bed with plenty of liquid (200 ml of water). On training days, take 3 capsules before and after your workout. Please follow the recommended intake instructions on the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How long does MST® Creatine HCL 180 capsules last?

The container holds 180 capsules, or about 60 servings of 3 capsules each. How long it lasts depends on how many servings you take per day (2 servings per day according to the recommended use).

What ingredients does MST® Creatine HCL contain?

Creatine hydrochloride, capsule shell made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based), and the anti-caking agents magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide. For information about possible traces of allergens, see the label.
